Founded by a qualified personal trainer who is currently studying physiotherapy at university, Just Shred offers a unique blend of expertise and passion for helping clients achieve their goals while fostering a supportive
community atmosphere.

Beyond one-on-one sessions, we're dedicated to community involvement, organising free HIIT classes and group running sessions to make fitness accessible to all ages and abilities.
